Program Description and Availability

FIXWERX may send conversational and service-related text messages about AI voice, account setup, websites, lead follow-up, appointment coordination, support, billing, and account updates.

SMS-enabled features are not active merely because a plan was purchased. They are enabled only after required registration, toll-free verification, carrier review, and consent requirements are satisfied. FIXWERX may use voice or email while SMS approval is pending.

Consent to Receive Messages

When you provide your mobile number and affirmatively check an SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Kellco LLC DBA FIXWERX about the specific report, demo, setup, support, billing, or service request described on that form. Merely entering a phone number without providing the requested consent does not enroll you in promotional text messages.

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, setup status, service activity, and support needs.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, FIXWERX may send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Privacy and Data Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See the Privacy Policy for more information.

Carrier Notice

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
