Managed AI Sales Representatives
Fixwerx prepares and manages AI sales representatives around a client's products, approved sales process, and compatible systems. Availability and scope depend on a mutual fit review. A website inquiry or demonstration does not activate a service or create a payment obligation.
Pilot Scope and Compensation
Before a pilot begins, the parties agree separately in writing on the role, system access, compensation, attribution of sales, cancellation or refund treatment, usage costs if applicable, and the criteria for evaluating results. This website does not offer a standard subscription price or self-checkout package.
Existing signed agreements and previously accepted order terms continue to govern their respective services. This website update does not change those agreements or transfer existing contractual obligations.
No Guaranteed Results
Sales depend on the offer, lead quality, customer decisions, system availability, and other factors. We do not guarantee revenue, conversion rates, cost savings, lead volume, or particular business outcomes.
AI Interaction Notice
Aria and other identified FIXWERX agents use artificial intelligence. When enabled, calls and website conversations may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, or analyzed for quality, follow-up, service delivery, safety, and improvement. Do not provide payment-card details, passwords, health information, or other sensitive personal information during a public AI demonstration.
Approved Access and Materials
Clients provide authorized access to their systems and approved product information, offers, and procedures. Recorded calls or other training materials should be shared only when the client has the necessary permissions. Integration and customer-contact requirements are reviewed before launch.
SMS and Calling
Providing contact details for an inquiry is not enrollment in promotional SMS. Messaging and automated calling features are enabled only after applicable consent, registration, and approval requirements are addressed. See our SMS Terms.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse our website, forms, communication tools, or services, or submit unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading content.
