These Terms of Service apply to FIXWERX AI B2B Solutions, a brand of Kellco LLC. By using our website, requesting information, submitting a form, completing checkout, or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Current Self-Checkout Services
The current standard self-checkout offers are:
- AI Receptionist: $59/month per month with setup included. It includes 60 AI receptionist minutes per month, lead-detail capture, call summaries, configured call handling, and a seven-day monthly-service trial.
- AI Receptionist + Follow-Up: $99/month per month with setup included. It includes the voice service, 150 AI-assisted follow-up text messages per month, messaging workflows after required approval, and a ten-day monthly-service trial.
Usage beyond the included allowance and applicable telephony or messaging costs are reviewed during onboarding or shown in separate written terms before being charged.
ReviewTap cards: The higher plan includes one card after the first paid month. Voice customers and higher-plan customers needing extras may purchase 1–10 cards per order at $20 each. Card purchases use a separate one-time checkout and require a valid delivery address.
Conversion Site: Available with either AI plan for a $299 one-time build fee. It is a fixed-scope, one-page, mobile-ready landing page with a lead form, chat widget, calendar path, one revision, and hosting while the FIXWERX account is active. It is not a multi-page website, custom application, unlimited design engagement, or open-ended third-party website service.
No Guaranteed Results
We work to improve response speed, lead capture, customer communication, and operational workflows. We do not guarantee revenue, rankings, reviews, lead volume, search placement, or specific business outcomes.
AI Interaction Notice
Aria and other identified FIXWERX agents may use artificial intelligence. Calls and website conversations may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, or analyzed for quality, follow-up, service delivery, safety, and improvement. Do not provide payment-card details, passwords, health information, or other sensitive personal information during an AI conversation.
SMS and Calling Terms
SMS-enabled features and automated texting are activated only after any required registration, toll-free verification, carrier review, and consent requirements are satisfied. Voice or email may be used while SMS approval is pending. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance and reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Checkout, Billing, and Renewal
The plan name, trial period, recurring price, and any checkout-specific terms are shown before payment. By completing checkout, you authorize Kellco LLC DBA FIXWERX to charge the selected payment method on the stated schedule until the subscription is canceled.
Standard plans renew monthly after the stated service trial. To stop a future renewal, contact [email protected] before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not shorten the period already paid for. Except where a written checkout offer says otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, amounts already charged are not refundable.
Payment Confirmation and Setup
A form submission, plan request, or unverified setup-intake submission is not proof of payment. Onboarding, fulfillment, Review Tap Kit tasks, Aria configuration, and activation-call booking proceed only after FIXWERX independently confirms a successful matching payment and receives the required setup information and account access.
Custom work, third-party charges, usage outside the agreed allowance, or services outside the stated plan scope require separate written approval or checkout terms before they are charged.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our website, forms, chat tools, phone systems, automations, or services. You may not submit unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading content.
Privacy
Your use of FIXWERX is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
