Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to FIXWERX AI B2B Solutions, a brand of Kellco LLC. By using our website, requesting information, submitting a form, completing checkout, or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Current Self-Checkout Services
The current standard self-checkout offers are:
- Get Found: $129/month or $1,290/year. It includes smart local presence management, Google Business Profile updates, Facebook and Instagram content, automated review requests, paced AI-assisted replies for new and older unanswered reviews, one Review Tap Kit, and job-photo submission.
- Answer Fast: $199/month or $1,990/year. It includes Aria AI phone answering, lead-detail capture, call summaries, and standard call-handling and handoff rules. Included voice usage, additional usage, and telephony costs are reviewed before launch.
- Full Lead Flow: $289/month or $2,890/year. It combines the current Get Found and Answer Fast scopes.
Annual pricing is billed once yearly and reflects the advertised “Save 2 months” offer. Get Found does not promise daily Google Business Profile posting, and Listings Sync is not included in the base plans.
Smart Site: Available as a manual launch bonus or optional add-on when it fits the project. It is handled manually after onboarding and is not a standalone self-checkout offer or an automated payment entitlement for this launch.
The Smart Site is a fixed-scope one-page setup: “Template-based, one-page, mobile-ready, connected to calls, reviews, forms, tracking, and Aria. One revision included.” It is not a custom website, custom application, unlimited design engagement, or open-ended website service.
No Guaranteed Results
We work to improve response speed, lead capture, customer communication, and operational workflows. We do not guarantee revenue, rankings, reviews, lead volume, search placement, or specific business outcomes.
AI Interaction Notice
Aria and other identified FIXWERX agents may use artificial intelligence. Calls and website conversations may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, or analyzed for quality, follow-up, service delivery, safety, and improvement. Do not provide payment-card details, passwords, health information, or other sensitive personal information during an AI conversation.
SMS and Calling Terms
SMS-enabled features and automated texting are activated only after any required registration, toll-free verification, carrier review, and consent requirements are satisfied. Voice or email may be used while SMS approval is pending. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance and reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Checkout, Billing, and Renewal
The plan name, billing cycle, recurring price, and any checkout-specific terms are shown before payment. By completing checkout, you authorize Kellco LLC DBA FIXWERX to charge the selected payment method on the stated monthly or annual schedule until the subscription is canceled.
Monthly plans renew monthly. Annual plans renew yearly. To stop a future renewal, contact [email protected] before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not shorten the period already paid for. Except where a written checkout offer says otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, amounts already charged are not refundable.
Payment Confirmation and Setup
A form submission, plan request, or unverified setup-intake submission is not proof of payment. Onboarding, fulfillment, Review Tap Kit tasks, Aria configuration, and activation-call booking proceed only after FIXWERX independently confirms a successful matching payment and receives the required setup information and account access.
Custom work, third-party charges, usage outside the agreed allowance, or services outside the stated plan scope require separate written approval or checkout terms before they are charged.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our website, forms, chat tools, phone systems, automations, or services. You may not submit unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading content.
Privacy
Your use of FIXWERX is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
